the Importance of Balance and Self-Care
DESCRIPTION: In this presentation on the topic of self-care and burnout, the presenter will facilitate a discussion of how you can achieve a balance between encouraging clients to participate in the services you offer by showing them the value of your services while ensuring that you also allow yourself limits so you do not end up feeling drained or overly involved in your work.
