microgrant driver's license reinstatment program

Community members impacted by the justice system within the last three years (including the court system, probation, or incarceration) will be able to apply for small microgrants to assist with driver’s license reinstatement costs.

At this time, we are only covering fines and fees issued in the state of Minnesota. Due to limited funds, not everyone who applies will be accepted. We understand fees and fines vary greatly from individual to individual and we may not be able to cover all fees.

Please note, this is a pilot program with limited funds and we will only be able to provide a small number of awards.
