We are a mission driven, bi-partisan organization focused on supporting people impacted by the criminal legal system who are pursuing new opportunities for themselves, their families, and communities.  

To cultivate long-term economic stability and support for those seeking a second chance, we will lead community conversations, advocate for policies that reduce disparities, and provide a diverse framework of training and resource programs.
