SECOND CHANCE DAY ON THE HILL
Second Chance Day On The Hill (DOTH) is an annual event held mid-winter at the MInnesota State Capitol Routunda. We invite everyone to join us in advocating for policies that support those seeking a second chance. Our DOTH event is well recognized and attended by all.
